Terms and conditions

The membership in a Comunio.at Pro Player community is not free of charge. The membership fee is till the end of the 2010/2011 season (at most until 30.06.2011) 14,50 EUR per account and season. By paying the membership fee the subscriber secures himself premium features and services. The membership fee is to be transfered within 10 days after registration to Fabian Loschek, Account 20010-365-075 at easybank Wien (bank number 14200). Has there been no payment receipt after 14 days, the account will be blocked and after 20 more days irrevocably deleted. All prices include VAT.
Alternatively the Mini League manager can transfer for up to 10 members in a lump sum 120 EUR for the membership till the end of the 2010/2011 season. (The Mini League Manager charges his fellow members himself). For even bigger Mini Leagues the fee for the membership till the end of the 2010/2011 season is 185 EUR.
Please note that with the subscription all features of the Pro Player are available immediately except the graphical display of market value and points. This becomes available after the receipt of payment.
A valid e-mail address must be provided.
Subscriptions have to be cancelled with a term of four weeks, otherwise they will be renewed automatically for another season. If the membership is cancelled within the first six month, the remaining credit above six month is paid back. The operator may cancel the membership with a term of four weeks to the half year deadline. Membership fees forfeit if the operator must discontinue the service temporary or permanent due to force majeure, insolvency or illness. Remaining credit will not be paid back.
In cases of the fair play violations the operator can block the account at any time without giving reasons.In this case no credit is returned.
The operator is not liable for server failures or other technical malfunction.
Members who participate in discussion forums, contribute own messages and articles or use special names commit themselves not to insult others, not to post illegal contents or pornography, not to use gross language, be solely responsible for their content provided, do to infringe others rights (especially trademarks, copyrights or personal rights) and fully exempt the operator from third party demands caused by their actions.
The operator reserves the right to change the offering or these terms and conditions without prior notices at any time.
Should any part of this agreement be invalid for any reason, it is to be replaced with a corresponding text, which is valid and equivalent to the intended meaning. The rest of the agreement shall remain unaffected and valid. The same holds true for any loopholes in the rules of the game.
